Best of the Year! What comes next?

I think I'm finally recovered from my Christmas and New Year celebrations. What about you? The alcohol, the food, the alcohol, the football, the alcohol...

As I prepare to make my way from Maine to the south for some warmer weather, I keep looking back at last year...

YOU helped to reinvigorate me, as you always do. YOU helped me make this site to be the success it is today. So, I wanted to select a few morsels out of 2024 to reflect on.

What highlights do you have for the year?

Oil Video of the Year - Dante Bello vs. Ken

Ken was a frickin' madman. He showed up to the AirBNB I rented for the shoot and it was an absolute shit-show. He grabbed everyone's attention.

That may be a bit much - saying it was a shit-show. He was just exploding with energy. He was ready for action. 

If you've ever heard stories about a Cameron shoot, it usually starts with we filmed a shitload of matches and I was exhausted. Usually when even the most conditioned and seasoned wrestlers leave a shoot they are ready for bed.

Ken couldn't be slowed down. Dante had something to prove. Both wanted to have fun. 

Since my first oil wrestling match I've enjoyed them. They are a fun challenge - often playful. It's near impossible to lock in a good hold but I've seen it done - and these guys do it.

Their built bodies and flimsy briefs make it a great viewing event. The action is some of the best I've ever seen in an oil match and Ken is like the Energizer Bunny!

SIDE NOTE: My record is like 51 matches over 2 days. That isn't even crazy as we consistently average 20 matches in a day of shoot.

Hero Hunks Video of the Year - Steel Man vs. Tanner Ripley

This video was actually a custom request - and we did it twice. 

This version is our first attempt and I'm not saying we got it wrong. This was a very good video and we hit the bullet points to make this VERY satisfying for the custom video collector. 

However, while we were filming this, my buddy was on hand helping me with photography and he kept saying "that was great - I think if we shot it again we could make it even sexier and more sensual. He would follow up on little ideas you had to rouse up the match. I mentioned this to the custom video client and he said he'd definitely be down to fund another attempt at elevating the hotness.

Well, if you've been wise enough to grab a look at this video then you can only expect the 2nd version of this to be even better.

Nude Video of the Year - Cash vs. Dr. Maniacal (Nude)

I love seeing the faces on the models and bodybuilders when my buddy, Dr. Maniacal, shows up to a shoot. He has a unique look compared to his opposition and they aren't sure what they are about to get into when I match them up against him.

I had spoken to Cash about him potentially doing a nude match for the site and he said he'd be open to the idea. I had the perfect opponent in mind and he had no idea the devilish deeds I was going to orchestrate. 

Dr. Maniacal just does whatever he wants. Whatever he finds pleasure in doing - and that's almost always being a muscle controlling deviant.

Best KOs of the Year - Cameron vs. Danaconda (Sleepers, Chloroform, & More)

My old roommate (whom many of you know from the days of GlobalFight) suggested I go to his masseuse friend for some extra annoying muscle soreness I had been having. He also suggested I get him and his boyfriend to wrestle on the site. He's said that about a few guys that he was friends with over the years (Gabe Steel being one of the most prominent.) 

After months and maybe even a full year of trying to make it happen (they were shy), it finally worked out. 

I had them show up to my old roommate's place and we filmed in a generic steel building in his backyard. I saw Jonny Firestorm introduce the masseuse (Pablo Pecs) to the wrestling scene with Big Bulging Eyes and knew I had to play too. I grabbed the masseuses boyfriend, who was supporting an enthusiastic bulge in his trunks. 

I didn't give him much for words of wisdom or encouragement. I simple said something like "trust me and it'll all be fine" and we started rolling on the camera.

What an introduction I gave him hahahaha

Ball Bash of the Year - Bjorn vs. Dr. Maniacal (Bodybuilder Ball Bash & Wedgie)

 What an absolute sight! 

I wasn't there for this match but as soon as I got the text messages from Bjorn & Dr. Maniacal I knew I was going to be watching this immediately upon it's completion. 

Bjorn sent a text saying he got destroyed by my buddy Dr. Maniacal. He said his nuts hurt and he felt destroyed. Dr. Maniacal said "Thanks man, I had fun LOL"

I've seen Dr. Maniacal in many forms dominate many men - this one is a Top 5 on any day. Bjorn had not a clue what awaited him on this dark evening in Orlando when he asked for some wrestling action. He was so unaware that he even brought a friend with him to watch the show.

That was a mistake. Now, Maniacal had an audience for that dick bashing he was about to unleash. I cannot do it justice with a description, but let it be known that Jonny Firestorm has a contender for Most Brutal Ball Basher of All-Time.

Bulge of the Year - Dan The Man

Mistakes were made. 

Dan The Man is an absolute stud. I wish I would've filmed more matches with him. He was very shy and unassuming - obviously handsome. When he got on the mat and intimate with Jax, I knew we captured magic - I just wasn't sure how much. 

This immediately shot up to the top of the W4H Charts as a favorite of the fans. I had little to nothing to do with the success of this match. Jax & Dan simply got in front of the camera and did what they felt the urge to do - while I tried to hold the camera straight.

You can see the attraction and feel the sexual tension between these two through the screen - and that's not bullshit.

Jobber of the Year - Scrappy

I've been saying it for a few months now - but it's probably just my ego talking. Do we need another Scrappy match? Seems like there must be 200 Scrappy videos out there...and I gotta admit - there's a reason why. The dude is fuckin' good! Better than good. He's one of the top guys I've ever seen in wrestling.

I'll always give praise to Jonny Firestorm, Tristan Baldwin/Aryx Quinn and Ethan Andrews. Hell, I'll even put Austin Cooper up there at the top being the most knowledgeable and skilled underground wrestlers. Scrappy blows them all a way with his way to embody a character.

His acting is Hollywood level in my book. He'd be a mega WWE Superstar if that's what he set his mind to. His jobbing skills are right up there with mine...and I don't mean that too arrogantly. 

Are good jobbing skills learned or innate parts of our personality? I think a bit of both - but it's almost in your soul. There are very few that can do both Heel and Jobber - and even less that feel like both a heel and a jobber. My soul likes being the loser - the jobber.

Scrappy isn't acting when he's getting his ass kicked. He's enjoying it. I'm going to have to get inside Scrappy's mind to see why he loves it. Hmmmm....

Heel of the Year - TrevThor

Heels aren't as easy to come by as they used to be. I notice it in pro wrestling often - too many people want to be applauded and adored. They want and need the assurance from the fans that they are awesome. TrevThor doesn't need that. He knows where he ranks.

Sure he doesn't have years of wrestling moves under his belt but that's the only thing he's lacking. The dude is a fitness model - there's almost nothing he can't get with the right smile. 

He barely takes any advice when I try to show him moves. He knows I know my stuff in the ring, but he doesn't need it. He's seen it done and he gets the idea. So he just does it - whether a suplex, pedigree, ddt or powerbomb he's seen on TV, he knows enough to dominate.

You can see him light up when he gets a fresh victim. Crimson was put through it twice. Aiden had a one-on-one ass kicking then had to suffer some double-crossing in the 3-way they had with Tanner Ripley.

I have some thinking to do - what's next for TrevThor @ W4H?

Hunk of the Year - Bronco

What adds to Bronco being Hunk of the Year in my eyes is that he has to be one of the easiest going laid-back wrestlers. He's always ready for action (even on short notice), he's always in tip top shape and he's polite/kind. 

I've needed some things for a match last minute and Bronco will bring them in the back of his 1990s Ford Ranger so we have what we need for a great shoot. There's nothing off limits for him and he's gotta have one of the BIGGEST meat-sticks in the wrestling game. Maybe need to compare him and Joey Nux's man-meat side by side?!!!

Conclusion

In 2025, I have a few categories I might like to add. What's do you think about more NHB Fights - I've been craving some serious mat action. Maybe some bondage - the POV Tied Up video was fun to do. Perhaps some more? What else could we do that's fun, sexy and sweaty?

I have the lead on 3 new guys in Dallas and a few around South Florida. Are there any new faces you might like to see? 

I'll be passing through the southern states (Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada) this weekend or next week (depending on the weather), so I'm very open to stopping off to film matches with fresh faces.
