FROM THE VAULT: The FTV series presents some of your favorite W4H wrestlers early in their underground careers, or early matches filmed that formed the foundation of the W4H empire.
In the Pantheon of underground wrestler, there are a few people whom you would immediately recognize: Cameron, Jonny Firestorm, and Z-Man. Although circumstances prevent Z-Man from wrestling today, he has amassed quite a library of underground matches across many different websites. Here we see him in an early match against Nick Justice.
As anyone who has watched Z-Man knows, he likes to try and get into the head of his opponents. Nick is a veteran though and although Z-Man tries, it does not really work on Nick. What does work is the physical beating that Z-Man delivers throughout this bout. When he has Nick on the mat, Z-Man yells, "Come on man, get up!". Z-Man throws the kitchen sink at Nick, Straight blows to the head, raking his back with his fingernails, a Boston crab, a full nelson, and although he does get Nick to moan in pain, he is unsuccessful in getting Nick to actually give up.
Nick does manage to get in some very weak and short-lived offense however, but Z-Man immediately turns to another tactic to regain the advantage. More near falls ensue until Z-Man gets Nick into a deep sleeper hold. Just as he is about to go out, Nick gathers enough energy to lift Z-man on his back and back into the corner, causing Z-Man to release. When Nick tries to follow ip up however, he is caught by a foot to the face and then the end begins as Z-Man slaps the sleeper hold on again and this time it is too much for Nick, who is forced to tap out.
