Nathan Nighthawk stands shirtless and statuesque against the skyline of Chicago, soaking in the sunlight and surveying the city he’s sworn to protect. Clad in sleek long tights, leather boots, and a classic hero’s eye mask, he exudes power and confidence—until a casual fan in jeans, flip-flops, and shades strolls into frame. “Big fan,” the stranger grins. Nighthawk barely looks his way, brushing him off with a smirk. “You wanna be my sidekick?” he mocks. But the fan isn’t backing down. He’s got something to prove—and Nathan’s about to learn just how badly he underestimated him.

Nighthawk stomps on the guy’s exposed foot, jeering at his poor footwear choices. A few strikes in and the flip-flops are off—so is the fan’s patience. The hero gets cocky, nearly sleeper-holding him into submission, only to stop short and offer him “one free shot.” It’s a mistake. The fan explodes with an uppercut from hell, sending Nathan flying into the wall. Groaning and stunned, the once-mighty Nighthawk finds himself on the mat, stripped of his boots for “equal footing.”

From here, the fan turns full-fledged heel. He chokes Nighthawk in the corner with bare feet.

The hero’s body is limp, sweat-slicked, and dazed. But the fan isn’t done. “You’d make a decent sidekick,” he laughs, before dragging him back up. Nathan’s arms hang heavy, his legs wobble—but before he can mount a comeback, the fan hoists him for a devastating tombstone piledriver...then the fan slips behind and locks in a sleeperhold. Slowly, the mighty Nighthawk fades to black.

As the superhero lies motionless, sprawled out and KO’d, the fan lays with the hero's head in his lap, savoring the moment. He strips off Nathan’s boots like a trophy hunter and slips them over his shoulder. Thanks for the souvenir, he smirks, standing tall over the fallen hero. The camera pans out on the hero’s bare soles, a final image of defeat, domination, and unexpected role reversal.

Phoning it in

Two gorgeous guys, but it looked like they were just "phoning it in" in the action department. I would have liked to see the fan strip down Nathan to his shorts or jock, and out of his t-shirt and baggy jeans.
