Austin Cooper vs. Calvin Rogers

This video starts out with some great close-up shots of each wrestler stretching before they begin their match. Let's thank the cameraman for these wonderful shots. Austin and Calvin demonstrate a huge amount of respect towards each other.

The first fall sees Austin on all fours struggling against Calvin but finally, he is able to lock a sleeper which Calvin is unable to break forcing him to tap out. Austin is on fire after avoiding a sudden defeat in the first fall.

In the second fall, Calvin rides Austin on the mat keeping him down. Soon Calvin gets the submission to tie the score 1-1.

It's a 20+ minute even match between 2 strong, muscular grapplers with lots of skill. Calvin has the height advantage whereas Austin has the weight advantage.

Wonderful match. Hope these 2 get back on the mat soon. Who would win in a rematch? I want to see both guys in pro gear and ring, too.

Strongly recommend this fight to anyone. Austin catches some very creative holds and despite the size advantage, there is no shortage of fight in Calvin. The respect between them makes the match that much better. Hope to see a rematch between these two.

Although I love ring matches with pro gear, this match was a standout for the amount of respect Austin and Calvin had towards each other and how even the match was. It was great to see real wrestling on the mat and I enjoyed watching this very much. I've been buying online matches since 1995 and this match breaks into the top 10 in 25 years. Would love to see them in the ring in pro gear.
