Don't be THAT guy

This is an uncommon thing, so I shouldn't even be wasting time on it, but I feel things greatly.
I recently had someone file a chargeback for 5 orders that they received. Most the time this happens, it's a small amount...the real issue is the fees attached to the chargeback from my bank (or whatever it's called). I'm sure if you are a small-business owner you've heard and felt the sting of the chargeback fees.
Not only do you lose the sale on "merchandise" but you are charged fees - I believe mine are like $35 per chargeback plus a bunch of nickel and dime fees. So imagine, you think you're saving 22 bucks on a video purchase, but in reality, you've cost me a loss of $40.
Recently, I had a "customer" file 5 chargebacks on 5 different orders on videos I know he downloaded. I have access to that information.
I tried reaching out to explain the situation to the customer that I'm on the hook for nearly $200 in chargeback fees on top of the nearly $200 in merchandise he is saying he didn't charge to his credit card. We'll see if he responds. Either way, I have a lot of evidence showing he received his purchases and that he made the purchases (IP Address, Billing Address, etc, etc)...I will challenge his chargebacks and hope Gods of Banking agree with me.
Again, I want to say I feel things greatly. It's a blessing and a curse...so don't make me be that guy that finds you on the internet to confront you about your piss-poor manners...and illegal use of the banks - they tend to not like that. Something about "Bank Fraud" and "Cyber Shoplifting"
So please please, DON'T BE THAT GUY!
